Augusta-Richmond County Public Library System (GA) and OCR Web Accessibility Agreement

The Office for Civil Rights (OCR) and the Augusta-Richmond County Public Library System (GA) have entered into a resolution agreement following an investigation into the accessibility of the Library’s digital content and services. The agreement outlines the steps the Library will take to ensure its online programs and materials comply with Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
