Benton Public Library (IL) and OCR Reach Web Accessibility Agreement

The Office for Civil Rights (OCR) and Benton Public Library (IL) have entered into a resolution agreement following an investigation into the accessibility of the Library’s digital content and services. The agreement outlines the steps the Library will take to ensure its online programs and materials comply with Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
